Before joining the Alternate Pathways Modules course, we had a very limited perspective on the role of work as Christians. There was a strong separation between our Christian and professional identities. Talking about Christ in a corporate environment did not feel natural and the product of our work never felt like it had anything to do with God’s Kingdom. Module 1 helped us develop a new perspective on God’s view of work and gave us the tools and words to start living missionally right where we are.
