Human Resources Assistant

Charlotte, NC, USA (SIM USA Charlotte Campus)

This position is an administrative assistant role in the Personnel-HR Department. This role is a part-time position assisting Human Resource with various HR-related tasks and to support the HR Generalist at the SIM USA campus. An ideal candidate for this role would be a SIM USA member/member spouse or a college student (with HR major) who has administrative experience and is available to work 20hrs per week. Director of Engagement

The Director of Engagement is a role that would develop multiple relationships with a diverse representation of local mission-minded churches and their leaders. The Director of Engagement (DOE) develops partnerships with other like-minded sending agencies and mission mobilizing organizations seeking to collaborate with SIM as a long-term mission sending agency. This role would proactively model and provide missional coaching and disciple individuals interested in serving cross culturally while providing supervisory oversight and support to all SIM USA Regional Advocates nationwide. First Point of Contact Coordinator & Recruitment Administrator

This is a full-time position with the Recruitment Team at SIM USA. This role is the frontline for all potential applicants serving both Short-Term and Long-Term with SIM USA. As first contact coordinator, one will receive and review initial inquiries and assign potential applicants to one of our mobilization coordinators. In addition, this role will also assist the Chief Recruitment Officer with scheduling and organizational tasks and assist in interdepartmental communications and team building. Church and Conference Coordinator

Charlotte, NC, USA (SIM USA Charlotte Campus)

Monday – Friday

This is a full-time position with the Recruitment Team at SIM USA. Working in community with other team members, this role will be responsible for coordinating all matters related to events, conferences and other internal and external events related to the Recruitment Department. The Church Conference Coordinator (CCC) will serve as a primary resource servicing requests from church leaders, pastors, and regional advocates, etc., regarding external event opportunities and a process for mission-vision counseling.
