Director of Philanthropy
The Director of Philanthropy provides strategic leadership for SIM USA’s fundraising program, with responsibility for shaping and building the fundraising strategies, programs, capabilities, and systems needed to significantly grow philanthropic revenue over the next five years.
Training Assistant
Works with the team to support individuals preparing for cross cultural ministry, helping them navigate transitions from pre departure through settling into their ministry location. Assists the Training & Development Lead in planning and delivering SIM events, including Connect, Onboard, Launch, and STA training/debrief programs.
