THIS MONTH, AN ESTIMATED 1.8 BILLION MUSLIMS WILL BE MUCH MORE DEEPLY AWARE OF SPIRITUAL MATTERS
In their seeking, would you pray with us that they find Jesus?
In Matthew 9, Jesus tells His disciples that the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few. He then encourages them to pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers to His harvest field. SIM’s motto, By Prayer, is a call to action emphasizing the important work to be done in God’s global mission. We must intercede for those living outside of a saving relationship with Jesus, many of whom have never heard His name or His offer of life through Him.
Every day, more than 4,000 SIM workers from more than 65 different countries are crossing barriers by prayer to bring good news to hard places in over 70 countries. We are convinced that no one should live and die without hearing about God’s gift of salvation through His Son. Yet, nearly 1.8 billion followers of Islam in the world today—men, women, and children—still need to hear the life-changing truth of the gospel.
How is God leading you to reach Muslims with the good news of Jesus? We believe that it begins with prayer, and if God leads you to give or go as your next step, a vital connection with God will sustain you every step of the way.
Thank you for joining SIM in praying for Muslims around the world.

To the people who are telling the Christian religion, SIM organization. We are the youth of Ingessana tribes and are requesting the Christian religion. The number of our youth is very big, more than 6,000. We want a pastor in each of the eight villages to teach our people. We want all Ingessana tribes to become Christians. We need churches to be built in the villages.

PRAYING FOR MUSLIMS: A SCRIPTURAL GUIDE
God guides us through His Word in so many ways—one of which is knowing how to pray for others. Use the prayer points and corresponding Scripture references below to guide you in praying for Muslims around the world.
"Moses said, ‘The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. You shall listen to him in whatever he tells you. And it shall be that every soul who does not listen to that prophet shall be destroyed from the people.’ " (Acts 3:22-23)
"Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world." (Hebrews 1:1-2)
"Concerning this salvation, the prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and inquired carefully, inquiring what person or time the Spirit of Christ in them was indicating when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the subsequent glories. It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels long to look." (1 Peter 1:10-12)
"As it is written: 'None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," (Romans 3:10-12, 23)
"...but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion of what was known as the Italian Cohort, a devout man who feared God with all his household, gave alms generously to the people, and prayed continually to God. About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God come in and say to him, "Cornelius." And he stared at him in terror and said, "What is it, Lord?" And he said to him, "Your prayers and your alms have ascended as a memorial before God. And now send men to Joppa and bring one Simon who is called Peter.' " (Acts 10:1-5)
"And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him." (Hebrews 11:6)

KEY TO THE KINGDOM
Enraged at his Christian wife for going to a church conference, the Muslim husband locked up the house as soon as she left, declaring to the neighbors that his wife would never enter his home again. To make his point, he threw the key into the river as he headed to his girlfriend’s house for the week.
