For every emergency
Choosing which medical emergency has priority over another feels impossible—especially involving two premature babies. In Zambia, doctors do this every day. When there is only one oxygen machine in a hospital, having two patients needing oxygen sends doctors into a frantic race to find a solution to keep both patients alive!
Right now Mukinge Hospital is in desperate need of hospital equipment and supplies. People in Zambia come from many rural regions to find quality care—surgery, specialized children’s care, even specific care to fight tropical diseases and common bouts of malaria. But they need more medical equipment to care for patients in these life-threatening emergencies.
You can provide lifesaving medicine and medical equipment, and offer encouragement to a patient looking for help in the midst of a medical emergency.
