SIM’s ethnic Focus Ministry is uniquely prepared to help churches answer these questions and developing a strategy for reaching America’s newest mission field.

With a staff qualified by successful cross-cultural ministry overseas, and an understanding of the American church, EFM serves the church in the following ways:

1. Pastor’s Seminars

An intense, exciting one-day seminar looking at principles, concepts, and strategies.

2. Evaluation and Feasibility studies

A weekend evaluation by two EFM team members will guide our church in evaluating existing or potential ethnic ministry for fruitful ethnic outreach.

3. Ethnic Ministry Mentoring Program

An extended program n which EFM team members involve themselves with your church leaders in designing and developing an ethnic ministry strategy.
